See our Abstracts page …
For abstracts to be scheduled (either for a presentation or a poster) and to appear in the SAS2018 Conference Abstract Book, registration must be completed by the advance registration date, 2018-08-10.
Financial Support for Students
SAS2018 will have a limited amount of funds available to support attendance of students from locations worldwide where economic barriers make attendance prohibitive. See here for details.
Students seeking financial support must have an abstract submitted in their name by the abstract deadline.
APS Tours
For those interested in visiting the Advanced Photon Source either before or after SAS2018, please email us ([email protected]) and will help with arrangements. Visitors with non-US passports should allow extra planning time for the ANL site-access clearance.
Note that Traverse City is a short airplane flight (about an hour) or a five hour drive from the APS and Argonne National Laboratory. Chicago is a 30-minute drive from the APS and is a great place for a short holiday.
SAS2018 is committed to a diverse and inclusive conference that fosters collaborative scientific discussion and interchange. Please see http://sas2018.anl.gov/program/policies/ for further information.
